1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped directly from our third-party suppliers.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped, when available.

2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination. Typical delivery times are:

• United States: 7–20 business days  
• International Orders: 10–30 business days  

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking numbers may take several days to become active after shipment. If your tracking information has not updated yet, please allow additional time.

5. DELAYS
Soriva is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Customs clearance
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• High demand or supplier delays

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Soriva is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier and supplier to assist.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Soriva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
