Order Processing & Shipping

All Soriva products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the item and destination. Once an order has been placed, processing begins immediately and cannot always be changed or canceled.

Returns

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selection

However, we do accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund:

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds are not guaranteed if:

  • The issue was not reported within the required timeframe
  • The damage was caused after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be issued and you may place a new order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Soriva is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue.
